PIC can be very slippery when wet and ice can form very quickly in winter months making the area very hazardous. PIC can be sealed with an anti slip sealant to minimise this problem when wet but does not help in freezing conditions. PIC is best suited to areas with minimal fall.

The best way to annually maintain a PIC driveway is to use a powerful jet wash to remove any dirt and contaminants. Once it is dry, roller coat or spray a quality high solid sealant over the surface.
